A Digital Eye: An interactive experience using the AR technique by scanning the Zapcode to unlock the virtual experience.
Numbers can be found in our everyday life, and is used in a multitude way. However, mathematics, the science of number, has a wide-spread reputation for being the subject students hate. They see math as abstract and irrelevant figures that are difficult to understand.
What could the solution possibly be to fire the audience’s imagination in order to see numbers in fresh eyes? I focused on the 15 most popular numbers and their significance and their way of representation: interactive experience using augmented reality technique was the solution.
I personaly designed all the augmented reality short animations and implemented them through the software After Effects in coordination with the Zappar App and Zapworks website. Each chapter has an animation assigned, to emphasize the title of the chapter and to focus on one information, if the reader is not interested in reading the whole book, he/she can view the AR and will recieve a fact about the number.
